Opinionmeter International Licensee Program
|
Opinionmeter International (OMI), the leading provider of technology-based survey systems, is currently awarding exclusive licenses for all remaining territories. Opinionmeter’s technology enables companies to improve their business performance by capturing real-time, on-demand customer satisfaction data at the customer’s Point-of-Experience (the moment they experience the product or service). All Opinionmeter hardware and software products are web-enabled and managed remotely through the web-based SurveyManager application. The hosted SurveyManager application is a SaaS model (Software as a Service). Customers purchase annual subscriptions to access the web-based software. The SurveyManager is also available as a private-label, stand-alone application.
The OMI Business Model supports a variety of delivery models, including self-service and full-service offerings to the end-user. In the event the end-user prefers full-service support, the licensee would provide such added-value services for additional revenue. Added value services can be provided even when the OMI technology is sold (when end-users desire ongoing account management) as well as when it is rented or leased. Typical support services include, but are not limited to the following: leasing and installing Opinionmeter Technology, designing survey protocols and questionnaires, collecting, analyzing and reporting survey data related to the use of the Opinionmeter technology.
The Opinionmeter business model supports the following survey delivery models:
1. Self-Service Sales delivery model: reselling OMI devices and SurveyManager subscriptions, building a recurring revenue stream with annual subscription renewals.
2. Full-Service delivery model: primarily renting or leasing OMI devices and providing full-service related value-added consulting services.
3. Sales delivery model with added value services: reselling as well as leasing OMI devices and SurveyManager subscriptions, providing added-value services to those End-Users who require them.
