Our device applications support Apple (iPad, iPhone, iPod Touch), Windows and Windows Mobile operating systems, with Android in development.   Purchase options include the following…   Purchase: Unless you already have your own hardware, there is the one-time hardware cost, along with a corresponding device and support license for each survey device purchased. Device licenses are renewable annually. Rent: one month minimum. This is an “all in” price, including hardware, software and support for the rental period. There are no limits of use when you rent survey devices. Lease: one year minimum. This too is an “all in” price, including hardware, software and support for the rental period. There are no limits of use when you lease survey equipment.   Customer Survey Service Packages include the following options…   1. Self Service You are provided a SurveyManager account enabling you to design your own customer satisfaction surveys, program your survey equipment (handheld mobile survey, survey kiosk, paper or web surveys), upload data, analyze results and produce reports. All aspects of the survey campaign can be remotely managed through the web-based SurveyManager application. In addition, Opinionmeter provides a free helpline for technical support and advice on questionnaire design and reporting.   2. Full Service With our full service package, Opinionmeter partners with you to develop your research program.
